Keith Kerley, former group communications manager and Irish general manager of Arralis Ltd, claims he was discriminated against on the basis of nationality when offered stock options. He expected 3,000 shares upon the company's flotation but received only 750, while a UK‑based colleague reportedly received 1,500 options. Kerley alleges the UK chief executive told him to "take it or leave it" after he raised the issue. He has lodged complaints under the Employment Equality Act 2000 and the Unfair Dismissals Act, alleging race discrimination and constructive dismissal. Arralis denies the claims, stating the higher‑allocation employee held an Irish passport and that the stock plan was a proposal subject to change. The tribunal heard Kerley's evidence of a demotion and lack of consultation before his resignation in July 2021. The hearing was closed by adjudicating officer Conor Stokes.
