Ursula Shannon and three others to be arraigned after summer recess

Summary

A Trinity College graduate, Ursula Shannon, and three men – Colin Brady (23), John Troy (33), and John McGreal (36) – are to be arraigned in the Special Criminal Court after the summer recess.
