Summary

Stephen Hendrick, 47, of Ballymun, pleaded guilty at the Special Criminal Court to possession of 59 rounds of ammunition in suspicious circumstances. He was arrested in July 2013 at a yard in Cloghran by the Special Detective Unit and the Crime and Security Section during investigations into dissident republican activity. Hendrick was also charged with membership of an unlawful organisation, the Irish Republican Army (Oglaigh na hEireann).
