Judge to continue charging jury in Waterford murder trial
Summary
Mr Justice Patrick McCarthy is continuing his charge to a jury of seven men and three women in the Central Criminal Court in Dublin. The jury is hearing the case of William Moran, aged 20, who is accused of murdering Martin Brophy, aged 22, at the old Waterford Institute of Technology building between 19 and 21 May 2012. Moran has pleaded not guilty.
