Brian O'Donnell asks court if he and wife should "continue to pack up" pending early morning appeal

Mr Justice Seán Ryan, joined by Mr Justice George Birmingham and Mr Justice Garrett Sheehan, acknowledged the urgency but said no order would be made until the other side was notified. He set a hearing for 10 am tomorrow, provided the other side was given notice by phone or email.
