Institutional abuse survivor in 'extremely brutal' attack on homeless man
Summary
In a January 2020 incident at Carmen's Hall hostel, Peter Quinn, aged 52 and without a fixed address, assaulted a homeless man with a metal chair, kicking him and striking him with the victim's own crutch. "He used a chair to strike the victim repeatedly over the head and upper body, continuing while the victim lay utterly defenceless and barely conscious on the floor," she said.
