Dublin youth caught by gardai after he arranged to meet mugging victim to sell him back his stolen phone

Summary

Daniel Keenan, aged 20, was arrested in Cabra after a Garda officer, posing as the owner of a stolen phone, arranged a meeting to buy it back.
