Beauty firm claims rival is passing off its goods and has cloned website

Summary

Airmount Beauty Limited, trading as The Manicure Company, has brought High Court proceedings against Manitrnd Ltd, alleging that the defendant has cloned its website and is passing off its goods. Airmount claims that the defendant's site uses text and product images almost identical to its own, with the defendant's brand name added and Airmount's name removed.
