Armed robber gets seven years for string of raids
Summary
John Daly, aged 41, was sentenced to seven years in prison for a series of armed robberies carried out over five years. He used a large kitchen knife, a claw hammer, a screwdriver and a bottle of beer to threaten staff in Dublin pharmacies, convenience stores and a bookmakers, taking €2,562 and various drugs.
