Summary

In the High Court, former Managing Director Peter Conlon consented to a €2m judgment against him in favour of Pembroke Dynamic's liquidator, Myles Kirby. Conlon was previously jailed in Switzerland in 2018 after pleading guilty to embezzlement, serving a four-year sentence with three years suspended.
