Jury convicts man of sexual assault on asylum seeker, fails to reach verdict on rape counts
Summary
A jury convicted a 54‑year‑old man of sexually assaulting a woman who had come to Ireland seeking asylum, but could not reach a verdict on four other counts of rape and attempted rape.
