Witness tells trial he was attacked after walking in on abuse of brother
Summary
During a Central Criminal Court trial, a 36‑year‑old Dublin man, whose name is withheld, pleaded not guilty to ten counts of oral rape and seven counts of assault against his younger brother, who was 11 at the time of the alleged abuse.
