Summary

A man has appeared before the High Court in Dublin following his arrest on a European Arrest Warrant issued by Suffolk police. Oliver Lown, aged 35, with an address in Kesgrave, Suffolk, was arrested by gardaí from the Extradition Unit on Monday at Gortnaskea near Letterkenny, County Donegal.
