"Scottish separatist" to seek extradition postponement on humanitarian grounds

Mr Justice Tony Hunt, presiding over the case, told Busby, who was present in court, that the matter was to be adjourned until January 20. The judge ordered that Busby be remanded on continuing bail to appear before the court again on that date.
