Summary

Matthew Grogan, aged 22, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for assault causing harm at Applewood Square, Swords, on 25 October 2019. The victim, Nikita Olijniks, was a delivery driver and former schoolmate of Grogan. During the incident, Grogan, seated in the driver's seat of a car with a girlfriend, a second passenger, and a lookout, punched Olijniks twice or three times in the face after Olijniks had stepped out to make a delivery.
