'Lonely and sad' scissor sister challenges prison transfer

Summary

Charlotte Mulhall, aged 21 at the time of the 2005 murder of her mother's boyfriend, has filed a High Court challenge to reverse her transfer from Limerick Prison to the Dochas Centre in Dublin. The case is set to be heard by Mr Justice Charles Meenan next month. Mulhall's sister, Linda, was convicted of manslaughter in the same 2005 case and released in 2018.
