Man appeals sentence for sexually assaulting flatmate

Summary

In January 2020, a 29‑year‑old Italian man was sentenced to two and a half years in prison for sexually assaulting his flatmate while she slept on a couch in their Dublin home. He pleaded guilty to the offence committed on 28 April 2018.
