Robber with 'lamentable history' carried out violent mugging after bail release
Summary
Robert Kinlan, 33, of Ballygall Parade, Finglas, Dublin, was sentenced at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for offences committed on October 20, 2018. Kinlan pleaded guilty to charges of attempted robbery and robbery at Cuffe Street, Dublin 2. The Judge acknowledged Kinlan's difficult start in life and his current engagement with Probation Services.
