Man admits role in helping 'Criminal Organisation' with Hutch murder plot
Summary
Mark Capper, 31, of Cappagh Green, Finglas, pleaded guilty in the Special Criminal Court to aiding a Criminal Organisation in a plot to murder Patrick "Patsy" Hutch between 1 February and 10 March 2018.
