'I am not going to threaten you with a knife today': robber returned to shop next day

Summary

In a case heard at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, Nicole Byrne, aged 26, pleaded guilty to robbery of a Subway shop on 27 May 2018. Byrne entered the shop wearing a hoodie and a scarf, brandishing a knife and demanding cash from the staff member behind the counter. She seized €230 from the till and left.
