It alleges that Mr Egar has ceased cooperation, refusing consent for the use of estate lands and adjoining farmed lands required for the event, thereby preventing the organisers from obtaining a necessary event licence from Wicklow County Council. The matter was briefly mentioned before Ms Justice Leonie Reynolds on Tuesday. The judge adjourned the actions and made the proceedings returnable to a date later this month.
