Two NI men are charged with false imprisonment at Special Criminal Court

Two men from Havelock Place, Warrenpoint, Co Down, Anthony Finglas (49) and William Twomey (56), appeared before the Special Criminal Court on 11 February 2020. Outcome: Presiding judge Mr Justice Tony Hunt remanded Mr Twomey to appear again next Tuesday morning for a bail hearing, when a bail and legal aid application for Mr Finglas will also take place. "We'd prefer to keep them together," Mr Justice Hunt said.
