State needs more time in Bailey extradition case

The High Court has been informed that lawyers for the Minister for Justice need time to consider Ian Bailey's objections to extradition to France for the murder of filmmaker Sophie Toscan du Plantier. This is the third attempt by French authorities to secure Bailey's surrender.
