Summary
David Richards, 26, was ordered by the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to pay €5,000 compensation to Susan O'Leary and her husband after hijacking their BMW on New Year's Day 2010. Richards admitted taking the car without permission, drink driving, dangerous driving, and driving without insurance or a licence.
