One-punch attacker who left victim with "catastrophic" injuries has jail term halved on appeal
Summary
In 2017, Mark O'Sullivan, 29, struck David Kirwan with a single punch to the back of the head near James Everett Park, Bray. Kirwan suffered catastrophic injuries, including brain damage, seizures, memory loss and hearing loss, and was in a medically‑induced coma for days.
