Tom O'Gorman's family take action over "enhanced" inquest

Summary

Tom O'Gorman's siblings, Paul and Catherine, have taken the case to the High Court after the coroner refused to hold an "enhanced" inquest into their brother's murder. Thomas O'Gorman was killed by his tenant, Saverio Bellante, in January 2014. Bellante was found not guilty of murder by reason of insanity and is now in the Central Mental Hospital.
