A jury at the Central Criminal Court has begun deliberations in the murder trial of a meat factory worker from Cavan. The jury of seven men and five women retired to consider their verdict on the afternoon of 3 July 2019 and adjourned for the night, set to resume deliberations the following morning. The unnamed 39-year-old pleaded not guilty.
