CEO resolves action against Harbour Company
Summary
In March 2019 the High Court heard that the Chief Executive Officer of Galway Harbour Company, Eamon Bradshaw, had settled the dispute that had been pending since last year. Bradshaw had previously obtained a temporary injunction preventing the company from terminating his employment, arguing that the company had launched a bogus redundancy scheme to end his three‑year fixed‑term contract signed in 2017.
