Summary
Anton Zefaj, an Albanian national living in Ireland under a false name, shot mechanic Stankislaw Bognal six times during a dispute over truck maintenance at National Recycling in Clondalkin on 7 August 2012. One bullet struck Bognal in the buttock; the other five missed. Bognal was left fearful and paranoid, treated at James Connolly Memorial Hospital, and reported ongoing sleep disturbances and fear of his life.
