Keith Harris, 42, of Seville Place, Dublin, was convicted of assault causing harm after stabbing his former partner's 18‑year‑old son, Darrell Hutch, in the stomach during an argument over drinking. The incident occurred on the morning of 30 August 2016 when Harris, who was heavily intoxicated, entered the home, shouted at the son, and then pulled a knife from his tracksuit and jabbed it near the belly button.
