However, after counsel for Clyde explained that the old system could not be restarted because a new HVAC unit was being installed, the judge stayed the order. The case will return to the High Court at the end of January for an update on the new HVAC installation, and both parties were granted permission to return to court on 24‑hour notice if needed.
