Summary

During a murder trial, Michelle Usher, a mother of three, testified that her partner, 35‑year‑old Alan O'Neill, was shot to death at the front door of their home by a "young boy" in dark clothes. Usher said she initially thought the gunshots were a joke until she heard a third shot and saw O'Neill screaming in pain. She described seeing a dark‑clothed figure approach the garden, fire a gun, and then flee in a people carrier that took off.
