Garda sues over Youtube video

Summary

A Garda, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, has taken a High Court action against Google to compel the removal of a YouTube video that he says defames him. The video, over three minutes long, was filmed at a 2016 public order incident where the Garda and other officers were involved in an arrest.
