Malahide couple ordered to demolish extension and pay legal costs

Summary

In a Swords District Court hearing on 14 October 2014, Mark and Kathleen Mohun of Estuary Road, Malahide were ordered to demolish a 14.9‑square‑metre extension they had built without planning permission.
