In a case heard at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, James Jack, aged 20, pleaded guilty to assault causing harm to Markus Thomas during an incident on 6 February 2016 at Custom House Quay. The assault occurred when three men, attending a beer festival, tried to stop young men from vandalising public rental bikes.
