Dean Bradley admits car "struck and went over" Neil Reilly

Summary

In the Central Criminal Court, Dean Bradley, aged 24, admitted that he was driving a BMW that struck and ran over Neil Reilly, who was already on the ground, at Esker Glebe in Lucan on 18 January 2017. His father, Paul Bradley, 54, and brothers Jason, 20, and Ryan, 18, also pleaded not guilty to Reilly's murder. Paul Bradley admitted driving a Mercedes jeep that followed Reilly's Mazda and that his jeep crashed into the Mazda. He then exited the jeep and kicked Reilly, who was involved in an altercation with Jason Bradley. Paul Bradley also admitted that Reilly's blood was on his boots and trouser leg and that Reilly's phone was found in his jeep. The prosecution alleges the Bradley men chased and murdered Reilly after he fired two shots at their home around 4 a.m. The jury heard that Reilly had multiple chop wounds and injuries consistent with being run over.
