Man jailed over violent disorder at Finglas pub

Duggan had also pleaded guilty to violent disorder stemming from the same confrontation. The prosecution noted that while Mulvey attempted to kick and stamp on Duggan, CCTV did not show contact, and he left the scene while the assault continued. Defense counsel acknowledged the response was disproportionate.
