Hutch murder trial judges to rule on admissibility of witness statement

Summary

In the Special Criminal Court, three Dubliners—Thomas Fox, Regina Keogh and Mr Keogh—are on trial for the murder of 36‑year‑old Gareth Hutch, nephew of Gerry "the Monk" Hutch.
