Protected witness identifies Hutch murder accused from CCTV

Summary

The trial of Thomas Fox, Regina Keogh, and Jonathan Keogh, all accused of murdering Gareth Hutch, continues before Mr Justice Tony Hunt. The defendants have pleaded not guilty to the murder charges. Ms McDonnell testified that Keogh, wearing a black balaclava, visited her flat the night before the shooting to clean two guns. She identified Keogh and Fox on CCTV arriving at her home at 10:45 pm on May 23. The prosecution alleges the murder was premeditated, with Keogh and an unidentified man acting as shooters, while Fox and Regina Keogh played instrumental roles in planning. Ms McDonnell, who was previously charged with withholding information but received immunity, stated she was afraid for her life. The matter is currently at the trial stage and has not been finalised.
