Pursuer recognised murder accused as Hutch attacker, trial hears

Summary

The trial of Thomas Fox, Regina Keogh, and Jonathan Keogh, who are accused of murdering Gareth Hutch, continues before a non-jury court in Dublin. Regina Keogh was present during this search and was subsequently searched at her own flat, though no items were recovered there. The court also heard evidence regarding a search of a third party's flat, where gloves and wipes were seized, which the prosecution alleges were used to clean weapons. Defence counsel Sean Guerin SC challenged the validity of the search warrant for Keogh's home, but the court ruled it valid. The matter is ongoing, with the trial continuing before Mr Justice Tony Hunt and two other judges.
