Thompson trial views footage of shooting

Summary

During the fifth day of the 37‑year‑old Frederick 'Freddie' Thompson's trial in the Special Criminal Court, the judges were shown CCTV footage of the shooting that killed 55‑year‑old David Douglas on Bridgefoot Street. The footage captured Douglas moving toward the shop entrance at 4.11 pm, a dark figure approaching, and Douglas being shot. It also showed Douglas's daughter arriving to help.
