Summary

During the Special Criminal Court hearing, Detective Garda Leanna Cruise testified that she had been briefed in October 2015 about IRA activities in Dublin. She was told that in August, IRA members from Belfast had interviewed members of the Dublin brigade in a house in Castleknock, and that Robert Day, 55, had been seen entering that house. Cruise also noted that Day was arrested in Cabra on 9 October 2015. The court allowed audio recordings from the Castleknock house as evidence, and the trial continues before Justice Eagar, Patricia Ryan and James Faughnan.
