IRA accused given permission to travel to Canaries
Summary
Seán Hannaway, 48, of Belfast, is on trial for alleged IRA membership. He pleaded not guilty on 8 August 2015. His trial began in January and will resume on 5 June. The Chief State Solicitor's Office did not oppose his request to change bail conditions and return his passport. Judge Robert Eagar, with Judges Patricia Ryan and James Faughnan, granted the request.
