Summary
Two Dublin men, Garry Gleeson, 34, of Ballyfermot, and Stephen Dunne, 38, of South Lucan, are charged with conspiring to murder Michael Frazer between 28 July and 7 August 2017. The State Solicitor, Michael O'Donovan, informed the court that the Director of Public Prosecutions had applied for an order to have the men tried before the Special Criminal Court. Judge Tony Hunt, with Judges Patricia Ryan and Ann Ryan, granted the order, allowing the case to proceed in the non‑jury Special Criminal Court.
