Estonian man to stand trial accused of murder conspiracy
Summary
An Estonian man, Imre Arakas, aged 58, will stand trial at the Special Criminal Court in Dublin next year. He is charged with conspiring to murder James Gately in Northern Ireland between 3 and 4 April last year, an offence under Section 71 of the Criminal Justice Act 2006. Prosecutor Paul Greene SC told the court the trial is expected to last six weeks.
