Barry O'Donnell SC, representing IBRC, and Andrew Fitzpatrick SC, representing the receivers, requested time to respond to the couple's claims. Justice Brian McGovern heard the motion on Monday and adjourned the application to later this week. The matter was adjourned and has not been concluded or finalised.
