Summary

Aaron Byrne, aged 24, was sentenced to an additional twelve months in prison for his role in a four‑way altercation that took place on Crumlin Road, Dublin 12, on 3 February 2014. In cross‑examination, Byrne admitted he had a minimal role and was not actively engaged in the four‑way altercation.
