Summary

Dwayne Cullen, 28, was caught on CCTV smashing windows of six cars in a church car park and taking items from three of them. He was later arrested at a hostel where stolen goods were found. Judge Karen O'Connor sentenced him to a suspended term of two and a half years, suspended for 18 months, and directed probation supervision. The case was heard at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court on 25 January 2017.
