Sex offender remanded in custody after court hears he is "sleeping rough"
Summary
David Radford, 21, was remanded in custody for one month after the court found he had breached bail conditions by refusing emergency accommodation and sleeping rough. Radford had been released in March after a 3½‑year sentence for sexual assault, with the final 12 months suspended on the condition of full compliance with the probation service.
