Summary
In a Dublin Circuit Criminal Court hearing, a 65‑year‑old complainant testified that he received €70,000 from Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in a civil settlement, with no admission of liability, and that he had never received compensation from the accused, Dr Michael Shine.
